Nutritional and extractable oil profile in seeds of Sesamum indicum L. Moringa oleifera Lam. were investigated using standard biochemical procedures. Proximate analysis revealed % crude protein contents 24.32% S. while M. had 27.66%. Crude lipid analyzed 47.78% was obtained 28.87% oleifera. carbohydrate with 37.89% oleifera, it 34.51%. fibre 11.32% 9.37% identified Higher ash content 9.13% 7.62% indicum. Available energy (k/cal.) the samples values 692.22 k/cal. While 545.91 With significant difference (P=0.05) between two species terms available (k/cal.).
